This is the correct order form to use if you have children, and you are in 100% agreement. This can also be used for covenant divorce forms.
With a consent divorce, Maricopa County requires both parties to pay a fee:
- The Petitioner pays the court a fee of $349.
- The Respondent pays the court a fee of $274.
These COURT FEES total $623.
In addition to these fees, the State of Arizona requires each parent to take an online parenting course and that costs $50 per person.
Neither party will be required to attend any hearings or see a judge.
